We find open communication is important in a large company. We appreciate hard work and dedication. To show this, we often times celebrate when we reach certain milestones, such as exceeding our budget or reaching our safety goals. Our commitment extends beyond the factory by reaching into the community. We give back to our local area through Focus on the Children's Back to School and Christmas Programs and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk.
